During my tenure at Windsor I was responsible for the construction from the ground up of a 200-bed, 4-story 80,000 SqFt Long Term Care facilty, and for the entire physical plant maintenance and life safety operation for all 9 locations comprising Windsor Healthcare , I developed new process for employee evaluation, training and modernization which resulted in marked performance improvements. Transitioned all 9 locations' maintenance department from analog reporting to the digital world by implementing a computer-based work request system. Coordinated a workforce of 9 department managers and 40+ technicians responsible for the day-to-day preventive maintenance of each site as well as a Corporate team of skilled HVAC technicians. Approved all purchases or repairs pertaining to physical plant needs and special projects from mechanical, plumbing, electrical or building repairs to specialized medicalequipment. Manage a digital procurement/inventory system for all the locations. Directly performed all major plumbing and HVAC repair or installation. Created and implemented various company-wide preventive maintenance protocols. Some of them: Windsor's existing Maintenance Policies & Procedures Manual, their existing Emergency Operations Manual and their Domestic Water Preventive Maintenance Protocol for the Control and Prevention of Waterborne Microorganisms. Protocols still used at the time of my departure.

At Silver Care Center, a 234-bed Long Term, Subacute and Dementia Facility with a 22-bed respiratory unit, I was responsible for the facility's preventive and corrective maintenance, including but not limited to the upkeep of wall paint schedule, kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, emergency power generators, medical equipment and oxygen supplies for our 22-bed respiratory unit. Also, in charge of hiring and coordinating outside contractors for special projects and routine services like landscaping maintenance, snow removal, fire alarm, elevators, wanderguard system, nurse call system and any other service related to the facility. Last but not least, also responsible for the regulatory compliance with the Local, State and Federal agencies.
