Currently attending High-school, Keryl is a Leader and passionate student who has been nominated for multiple academic awards. Whilst pursuing a STEM career, Keryl serves on the debate team and is an active member of the media club, in which she was nominated for IT captaincy from 2023-2024. As an active member of the community she has volunteered at non-profit organisations within the state for upwards of 40+ hours from 2023, dedicating her time to the development of customer service and community service; an experience through which she has acquired invaluable advice.In addition to her campus success, Keryl has completed multiple nationally acknowledged certificates and courses in the hospitalities, Innovation and the Applied digital technologies fields; obtaining not only a Cert 1 from the IVET institute but completing a University course at Curtin. These courses have allowed for her to develop skills in relation to communication, digital media operation, use of hardware peripherals and safe workplace practices.Within her free time Keryl enjoys reading and the exploration of media and literature, a hobby in which she first pursued in 2020 which has allowed for her to open many doors with her pursuit for further knowledge. This hobby has been a source of joy and happiness for Keryl and allowed her to develop her relationships with others, communication skills and overall knowledge.
