CEO – Srida Corporate Consultancy Private Limited (SCC):My present role in is to overlook the product development of SCC’s Software and Its products & Solutions forProject monitoring and MIS. Alongside forming strategic partnerships that can expand the scope of ourservices.Highlights:• Conducted detailed study pertaining to site monitoring issues for over 3 years.• Overseeing the development of site Project monitoring tool through various test – deployments andfeedbacks from our stakeholders. The tentative launch date for the tool is JUNE 2022.• Built strategic partnership with Indrone Aerosystems Pvt. Ltd. to enable SCC in site-based inspectionand Audit exercises. We are now able to conduct stock movement analysis, volumetric analysis,logistical analysis etc. in one third of the time it used to take before.

Srida Technology Pvt. Ltd. was a startup working in the space of Electronics hardware for Agricultural and Industrial applications. My role at Srida Technology primarily entailed Product Development. Highlights: 1. Hardware Design & Development for Water-Control systems to be used in Agricultural application.2. Gather insights into real world usage or Products and define the scope & plan for Product development. 3. Electronic Hardware design of hardware for recording vibrational profiles, temperature and noise profiles of machines. 4. Co-ordinating the development of in-house software application to enable the end user in visualizing and analyzing sensor data. 5. Co-ordinating the end-to-end development of data acquisition system: including sensor modules, nodal hardware and software application.Note: In the aftermath of the effects COVID-19 lockdowns on operations that resulted in delays, financial liabilities and subsequently disbandment of the team, Srida Technology is no longer Operational.

Manager, Business Development– Srida Corporate Consultancy Private Limited (SCC):I had joined SCC in its early days Business Development Head, before heading for my master’s in businessadministration studies. My primary focus in this role was to manage the marketing and communicationstrategies of the company. Identify business opportunities and to build a team.Highlights:• Began the Management training initiative of SCC, where in the team experts train young professionals invarious aspects of Power Sector, Infrastructure Sector, Operations, Finance etc.• Was responsible for building the business development team and grew It from two members to 7.• Scouted and built strategic alliances with 3 different consultancy agencies to kickstart our associatenetwork and ensure efficient work distribution.

Mahindra Automotive, is India’s largest diesel - SUV manufacturer and the world’s largest tractor manufacturer. Was part of the Endurance testing team, Automotive R&D. The team consisted of 4 engineers and 25 operators. Responsibilities:• Oversaw the tilt test of a 2.2litre 4 cylinder mHawk Diesel Engine (launched in the Mahindra XUV500), and 1.5 litre 3-cylinder Diesel Engine, launched in the Mahindra Quanto. • Oversaw the selection of injector nozzles for 1.5 litre 3 cylinder Diesel Engine, launched in the Mahindra Quanto.• Designed a new Tilt test bed, which enabled the testing division to model the oil pressure across the engine in a 3- Dimensional Tilt condition.• Worked towards developing the troubleshooting manual – a ready reckoner that enabled fresh recruits to quickly gel in with the testing environment.
