•To manage and control the procurement function in the manufacturing plant, which includes the activities procurement, out sourcing, material control, subcontracting, warehousing, project management, client relation and shall work in close coordination with Sales, Customer service, Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, documents control and Accounts.•Manage the performance of vendors under each order including the deliverables.•Maintain stock, slow moving item, inventory turns.•Establishing the department’s strategic plans.•Recruitment and manpower development.•Profit and Loss of the products groups.•Products transfer from USA to Senai.•Ensure Procurement compliance, HSE, SWM.

•To manage and control Engineering department function in the injection Molds making plant, which includes the activities Designing, Purchasing, Planning, sub-con, Client relation, Project management.•Involve with customer on Technical discussion for new fabrications.•Prepare internal schedule and External schedule base on projects.•Update customer on any technical issue concern on Quality, Cost and Cycle time during design Stage.•Follow up closely with Tool room, vendor on projects status and update progress status to customer.•Plan and carry out mold testing and prepare technical reports, inspection reports.•Arrange for preproduction testing and monitor the tooling performance.•Involve in final buy-off testing with customer, before tooling transfer to customer location.•Prepare Full FA report.•Recruitment and manpower development.•Costing (Profit and Loss).•ISO9001 & 14001.

•To manage and control Tooling department function in plastic injection Manufacturing plant , which includes the activities Designing, Purchasing, Planning , sub-con , Project management and Engineering.•Ensure a smooth flow day to day in production department.•Provide immediate support to production if have any tooling break down.•Plan and carry out Mold maintenance and monitor the tooling performance.•Mold transfer from Japan to local.•Provide Service, Repair, and Modified.•Improve injection process (Parameter)•Develop new mold.•Develop local vendor for tooling fabrication.•Recruitment and manpower development.•Costing (Profit and Loss).

•To carry out mold fabrication (Plastic Injection) and machining process (Milling, Turning, Grinding, EDM) in Tooling department and coordinate with Designer, Engineer, Planning team to meet project deadline. •Machining mold inserts and components for new mold.•Fabricate, assemble mold and testing new mold.•Trouble shoot mold for quality issue base on engineering report.•Modify tooling.
