Service is characterized by a futuristic webmail interface with custom email domains for enterprises, 5GB large attachments seamlessly integrated, custom built anti-spam models, AI features (NL Search, Smart Replies, Nudges, Assistant Cards & more), Storage & Search infrastructure built from scratch, Email Deliverability, Anti-Phishing, Deployment automation with Helm/Drone & AWS EKSLed the team that built one of the best email data extraction engines that could sift online purchases, travel itineraries, entertainment tickets, subscriptions & more from tens of thousands of online merchants. Powers our flagship revenue generating product Edison Trends. Built a new revenue generating product Edison API developer program. The email extraction technology is used by some big brands to power their consumer apps. The technology was also used as on-premise solution by one of the top 5 email service providersLed an AI team who created the SmartReply, Email Nudge features, NLP search for our email applications. Deep Learning (RNN/CNN) models were used for automatic extraction & detection of failures from millions of emails every day. Built world class classifier models using Naive Bayes, FastText frameworks, custom NLP models to process structured & unstructured emails.Responsible for Edison Secure Cloud AWS infrastructure, Compliance with regulations & security standards like GDPR, CCPA 1 patent issued and 3 pending.
