During my tenure this business grew from INR 12 Crores to INR 350 Crores.- For the first time developed a mass recruitment model in pharmaceutical industry that enabled growing the frontline strength to 2500 employees with higher probability of success.- For the first time used assessment centers for hiring of first line and second line managers in pharmaceutical industry.- Creating an employee engagement framework and ensuring execution to reduce attrition. Able to reduce attrition from 66% to 29% in two years in True care.

- Partnered USV Limited as in charge of sales human resources in growing the sales organization to strength of 1500 and while doubling revenues.- For the first time used using technology in selection creating Internet based selection tools for frontline positions.- Using experiential learning as a method for leadership behaviour development.
