Keshab Datta Bhatta is a professional in disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Planning and Management and Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Education from Tribhuvan University in Nepal. Keshab is a life member of the Nepal Red Cross Society and has extensive training in disaster preparedness, early warning systems, school safety, and health and hygiene promotion in emergencies. He has held key roles at CARE International Nepal, including Humanitarian Platform Manager and DRR-Resilience Programme Capacity Building and Advocacy Specialist. He also served as a Programme Coordinator at the Nepal Red Cross Society, demonstrating his commitment to disaster response and community resilience. Additionally, Keshab has significant teaching experience, having been the Principal of Jaycees Everest Secondary School and a teacher at Aishwarya Vidya Niketan. He has considerable project management experience and currently serves as the Treasurer of DPNet Nepal.
