Manage all aspects of the agency’s Federal, State and Local grant life cycle from pre-award to grant close out. Perform all administrative and fiscal functions, audit work, reporting and programmatic facets of the agency’s $99M grant budget. Responsible for capital budget formulation, monitoring actual expenses vs. forecasts and presentations to executive staff and governing board members. • Analyze budget plans to ensure funds are spent-down efficiently and in-line with terms and agreements. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and program-related regulations, policies, procedures, and practices to support the efficient administration of grants.• Developed the agency’s 5 &10-year, $603M Capital Improvement Plan to meet the goals and objectives in the agency's strategic and annual performance plans.• Provide rational and translation of budget procedures and policies, offering guidance in planning budget strategies for individual departments and making recommendations to solve special situations.• Serves as agency lead for FTA Triennial Audit Review and the monthly and annual National Transit Database Reporting Process.

Develop, monitor, and oversee the budgetary and financial activities of the division's $170M CCDF Grant with an emphasis on the Child Care Subsidy Program. Forecast, track and reconcile expenditures of the CCDF Grant, the Head Start State Collaboration Grant, and all other grant awards managed by the Child Care & Early Childhood Development Division.Prepares annual budget for all CC&ECD programs.
