1) Operation and all processes of SMT processes including Paste height measurement , solder paste printing , pick and place , reflow, Automatic Optical inspection 2) Knowledge of all types of Components & chip components (SOP, QFP, SOT,BGA etc.)3) Perform quality check on the assembled boards in process and at the final stage Complete the QC process4) Maintain the standard of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 for SMT department which includes internal audits , certification , documentation and control of documents5) Continual Process improvement of SMT and Thru Hole manufacturing processes.
