• Lead an initiative to strategically target and attract 4 leading medical device and biotech companies to Invest in India. Two companies have already successfully initiated their investments in a phased manner.• Engaged with the office of the commerce minister to facilitate interactions with multiple medical device companies to showcase support from the government of India and help resolve IP and other pressing issues for successful grounding of their investments. • Presented Sectoral opportunities to Multiple companies within the Medical device space with a focus on helping companies establish their Innovation/Capability centres in India. •Worked with the Automotive team on various projects involving Investment promotion, policy consultation and Industry engagement. Authored a report on Fleet Electrification in India along with CII and Statiq. Organised a workshop with 30+ Industry leaders and startups for challenge & opportunity mapping within Fleet Electrification space in India. • Presented sectoral opportunities available in India through various seminars & webinars along with embassies & trade associations in 4+ countries.•Additional involvement included helping exhibit leading Indian climate and ev technology during the 2023 World Economic Forum at Davos.• Facilitated a partnership between a leading battery technology company and a leading early stage venture capital fund for successful grounding of a US$30 Mn investment in a new deep tech focused fund.

• Applied innovation methodologies such as design thinking principles to assist a leading renewable energy giant to develop solutions in Electric Mobility & assist a personal care product giant to develop solutions for improving their value proposition from a sustainability lens.• In parallel to the consulting projects, attended a year-long course at UC Berkeley to develop skills and expertise in innovation methodologies, sustainable design, and equitable design.

• During COVID-19, planned and helped execute manufacturing production capacity expansion by 70% for key products like Surgical Masks and N-95 Masks. Helped the company create a strategy for international distribution and identified cross-border stakeholders for relations development.• Took ownership of new opportunities to work in a different environment and learn operations. Managed key OEM contracts for Surgical Face Mask including one with Abbott India. Work included process development, procurement and supply chain setup, quality system implementation, and team development.• Executed a large scale lab establishment project in schools in north india. Work involved team development, procurement of 800 SKU’s, logistics coordination and drive installation of science labs.

• Conduct research and analyses on competitors, sales, new markets, etc. to understand the competitive threats and opportunities and communicated research and findings to the Executive Director. • Worked with the strategy team to create Go To Market Strategy for new products. Designed and conduct primary research to support strategy. Individually took responsibility for the development & execution of GTM Strategy for the first electronic medical device launched by the company.• Conducted research for Key partnership evaluation. Developed and executed strategy for partnership outreach. Onboarded 3 key partners directly increasing the company's geographic reach and sales.

• Established the startup with a focus on the Farm Nutrition Advisory Market in India. Developed & Executed the Go-to-Market Strategy for the first product. • Worked towards digitizing the process in Soil Analysis. Rolled out an IoT-enabled device for Remote field soil testing and established Mini Soil testing labs in various territories in India while additionally rolling out a new application targeting the B2B market.• Created and executed GTM strategy for new brand "Soil Doctor". Rolled out Franchise Model and participated in various trade shows and exhibitions.
