Handling full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting for my own company, Which involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, Warm-up/Follow up calls, Offer to roll out, and onboarding.Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting candidate's profile through, Job Portals, X-Ray LinkedIn Search, and doing the job posting.Calling, Emailing, and texting the candidates about the job profile, maintaining the database of the candidates on an excel sheet.Responsible for doing mass mail to the relevant candidates through Naukri.com.Doing proactive recruitment, pipelining candidates, and maintaining a database.Ensuring that resume is properly updated with all the relevant details before presenting.Utilizing innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.Conducts initial interviews by phone / In-person to determine experience and skill levelEnsure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.Negotiate compensation and benefits in coordination with the Candidates to finalize and prepare Letter of Intends and Offer Letters. Brief candidates about their roles and responsibilities.Responsible to develop and roll out an effective on-boarding training program with the training manager to ensure smooth induction of new employees.Follow up with candidates & ensure warm calls are made for all candidates offered.
