Adapted quickly to support a team of 6 in their jobs and assisted with urgent cases along with managing multiple projects at once while documenting many of these processes for new hiresStreamlined pricing process, allowing multiple parts to be priced at once instead of one part at a time, by connecting multiple databases and SAP using Excel. Resulting process allows over 150 parts to be priced in 30 minutes, saving over 40 hours. I also created documentation for this process enabling the entire team to price parts- previously a task only few people could doReduced total pricing conditions by pulling all pricing conditions from SAP and getting order histories from Tableau to compare the data and find which condition parts were no longer being ordered. From 60,000 conditions I found 19,000 that were no longer being ordered, cutting down the total parts yearly reviewed to 41,000 Created a model to analyze current prices of 500+ parts based on quantifiable and non-quantifiable data and performed mathematical analysis to implement a more profitable price while still aligning with our core strategy of providing competitive pricing
