My career has centered around a passion for product management and a love for delivering platforms and experiences that build community and unleash the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. I have led product strategy to grow billion dollar businesses, built durable teams, developed strong product leaders, and worked cross-functionally to deliver remarkable business results.I currently support the team that builds the messaging and audio/video calling platform for Meta’s Family of Apps (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), Meta AI, Monetization, and Reality Labs products.I spent the first 20 years of my career at Microsoft in PM leadership roles building products such as Project, SharePoint, Yammer, and the Windows Engineering System. In 2016, I joined Atlassian and moved to Sydney to lead the Server and enterprise-focused Data Center products including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. I boomeranged back to Seattle in 2019 where I led the collaboration and workplace experiences at Microsoft, developing transformational digital experiences for employees that served as a blueprint for customers.On a personal note, I enjoy traveling around the world with my family, fitness, cooking, and mixing cocktails.
