I’m Keshav, and I’m driven by a passion for curiosity.My journey began as a Data Associate, where I focused on improving Alexa’s user experience by solving complex issues. This problem-solving approach, combined with a desire to improve processes, quickly established me as a subject matter expert.Curiosity led me to explore the field of Learning & Development, where I saw firsthand how impactful training can be for teams and organizational success. Empowering people to achieve their goals through learning felt far more fulfilling than simply resolving individual user problems.This discovery naturally led me into a training role at Amazon, where I now focus on leveraging my diverse experience to drive learning outcomes in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.Currently, I’m part of Amazon’s Artificial General Intelligence Data Services (AGI-DS) team, managing various learning programs, new hire onboarding, and cross-functional training, alongside overseeing training delivery, coordination, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).I value leadership built on trust and autonomy. I believe that giving teams the freedom to own their tasks — while still providing support and guidance — leads to exceptional results.
