• Financial reporting - Preparation of Financial summary reports by analysing financial performance, working capital, contribution, fixed cost and trend.• Production based reporting - Variance analysis, power and fuel analysis, staff / labour cost analysis, input-output analysis, SOD and price index analysis.• Corporate and head quarters (Paris) reporting - SIF reporting, Energy consumption, RF reporting (Budget vs Estimates vs actuals), segment reporting, Profitability analysis report.• Formulating Budgets and long term plans after discussing with the business head and Sr. Managers.• Monthly closing activities - Stock valuation entries, provision entries, expanses transfers, consumption booking, raising debit/credit notes, service invoices….• Inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG and B/O) as per accounting standard and keeping slow/non moving stock under control.• Monitor & analysing suspicious transactions and Report them to management on a timely basis.• Receivables - Tracking and following up with the customer for payments and keeping receivable under control.• Petty cash handling, cash and bank reconciliation.• Preparation of payment certificate for vendors, contractors and employees as per the contracts, agreements and bills.• Working closely with business in driving cost reduction initiatives.• Co-ordinating with corporate legal department for drafting and finalising like BG/ABG/PBG, commercial agreements, forward contract, AMCs….• Assisting in statutory requirements like Job works, Service Tax, TDS etc.,• Co-ordinating in Cash flow forecasting and Cash flow management to facilitate decision making.• Other tasks assigned by Finance manager, VP-Finance, Business head, VP-Operation.• Co-ordinating with internal and statutory auditors.
