-IT assistance – First point of contact of all computer, telephone & communication enquiries.-Relay information from one team to a customer.-Provide requested information to customer via telephone, email and internet logged jobs within a delay of three days.-Provide remote support via the ITS support system as well as provide onsite and remote training as required to Federation University Australia staff and students.-Perform technical diagnosis of ITS incidents and thoroughly document, log and attempt resolution of all ITS technical support incidents.-Involved a lot of independent problem solving as often documented processes and procedures will not provide a clear solution to resolve the technical problem.

I was looking after 7 houses which resulted to a total of 42 residents. I was working withing a team to lead and foster the personal growth of students living on campus. I was responsible for coordinating the delivery of social, academic and pastoral programs throughout your area of responsibility and the wider residential community. I also worked in conjunction with the Residential Life staff.
