>Maintain the repair / defects DPMO less than the given target as well as improve the yield..>Review QA documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.>Final QC Check of Products & Preparing weekly, monthly Production QA Reports to analyze process risks.>Product defect analysis and further Corrective/Preventive action implementation in production line.>Demand the CA/PA, if any process related issues>8 D process analysis and deployment.>Conducting daily Preventive Maintenance and ensure the 5’S activity in the area through audits.>To support Customer’s complaint & claims investigation, Analysis and Improvement.>Conducting Internal Quality & process Audits to Identify Potential risk for Internal Process Improvement.>COPQ analysis & implement process improvement to reduce COPQ.>Process Optimization and bottleneck identification and WIP Inventory control for production line.>To support in preparing FMEA, control Plan, Process flow.>To support Recording Voice of the customer (Internal), translation to CTQs, Potential risk Identification and Internal Process Improvement.>Participating in production activities.>Process setup during TPI projects or new product launch.>Prepare the process check list and standard working methods / Stage instruction.Knowledge:>Basic Knowledge of control chart.>FMEA preparation.>PFMEA preparation.>Non – conformity process flow preparation.>SIPOC- PFD (Process flow diagram).
