Have worked as Head of HR Deptt. at different Locations/Project/Office (02- Greenfield Projects, 01-Generating Station, and 03 JV/Subsidiary Companies of NTPC Ltd.).Extensive experience of heading the HR functions with special focus on Industrial Relations, Administration, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Policy implementation etc.Another Challenging Task of Green Field Project in Bihar 3x660 MW as Head of HR which includes Admin., IR, Welfare, Contract Labour Management, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement, Infrastructure Development, Township Development, Legal Matters , Public Relations and Boundary Management. During the period of COVID-19, managed situation of Construction/Erection/O&M as per guidelines of Govt. of India , Local Authorities n NTPC. Special task accomplished caring Surrounding Villages in association of District authorities during this period.Successfully accomplished the task resulting 1st Unit Commercially operation in September’2019.

Working as Head of HR at NTPC-DADRI, a Showcase power plant of NTPC, having installed capacity of 2654 MW ( Thermal-1820, Gas-829 & Solar - 5 ) and looking after HR activities including IR, Admin., CSR, Contract Labour Management and liaising with various authorities.

Posted as Head of HR in a Joint Venture Company of NTPC- Utility Powertech Limited on deputation from NTPC. Besides HR, Law, CSR and Administrative Functions, managing 35,000 plus Contractual Manpower all across the country (45 Locations).

1. May 2010 - Sept 2013Worked at upcoming Green field Project of 2x660 MW Meja Thermal Power Project near Allahabad (UP), as Head of HR Deptt. Besides HR functions, also responsible for Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement, Industrial Relation, Office Administration, Contract Labor Management and Liaison work with Govt. & other agencies. II.October 2009 – April 2010 : As Dy General Manager (HR), posted in Hydro Group Head Quarters (Noida, India) of NTPC as HoDs. Besides the HR functions also responsible for Administrative work and Liaison with State officials and local agencies.III.February 2008 – September 2009: As Sr Manager (HR), posted at NCR Head Quarters (NOIDA) and looking after the HR/ IR/Welfare/ Administration/ CSR Functions of HQ and monitoring the same in projects under NCRHQ ie. Badarpur Thermal Power Station (New Delhi), Dadri Thermal Power Project (UP), Faridabad Gas Power Station (Haryana), Auraiya Gas Power Station (UP) and Anta Gas Power Station (Rajasthan).IV.May 2005 – August 2008 :On promotion as Sr Manager (HR), posted at NTPC- Dadri (Thermal as well as Gas Power Station) including Construction/ Erection of two units of 490 MW. Handling the HR functions including IR,Welfare, Administration in Thermal & Gas Power Station and during Project Construction/ Erection was a unique experience.V.December 1988 - April 2005.: Joined NTPC- Vindhyachjal, Singrauli Region (MP) as Asstt. Industrial Engineer with reporting to Head of Personnel and Administration Deptt.During my 16 years posting in present largest Thermal Power Station of NTPC (6x210 MW + 2x500 MW + 2x500MW + 1x500MW), looked after the area of Industrial Engg., Recruitment, Establishment, Welfare, IR, Administration, Public Relation, Legal Cell, R&R/CSR and Liaison work with posting in Personnel & Administration Deptt. ( Presently HR Deptt.).
