After many failures I took the scenic route to create my own success. I have been involved in collegiate athletics for 12 years. With an opportunity and a coach who believed in me I was able to gain knowledge and discover my passion for football. I worked my way from videographer to Director of Football Operations. Along the way I learned there was a great need in helping all athletes create value to themselves outside of their sport. In 2018 I created a non profit called Kares Inc. It stands for Keeping Athletes Responsible & Equipped for Success. Kares Inc. provides mental, physical, educational and career assistance for current and former athletes, to be equipped with access to the right tools to create value and success in their life. Kares believes that everyone has the ability to succeed with life skills and opportunities. Our goal is to assist and provide a personal game plan to each student to set and attain goals. Through mentor ships, internships, teaching life and social skills. We will be preparing them for personal development from adolescence to adulthood. Coaching them on healthy coping mechanisms to love languages, and learning styles to time management. Kares inc is beneficial to understanding who you are and how to thrive in life.
