I am interested to work in biopolymers utilizing microbes and microalgae.I have gained hands on experience in molecular biology(PCR,RT-PCR, cloning, gene expression studies,SDS-PAGE and gel electrophoresis),Microbiology(Culturing,purification and characterization),mycology,Algal biotechnology( culturing ,optimization of growth, photobioreactor studies and charterization),Bioinformatics( docking,characterization,Chemoinformatics and MALTI-TOF)and cell culture.
