Holds a Master's in Political Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the State University of Paraíba. Former Visiting Researcher at the University of Kent, United Kingdom (2022), and currently a researcher at the South American Institute of Policy and Strategy (ISAPE) and the National Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU). Faculty member of the Postgraduate Program in Contemporary Geopolitics at PUC Minas. Possesses research expertise in Energy, Russia, the United States, and the Middle East.
