Team Size: 5-8 Technical Recruiters Accounts/Clients Managed: #DigitalBanking #Payments (#Merchant service)Responsibilities: -• Responsible for planning, directing and controlling all phases of day-to-day recruitment activities within assigned clients in order to increase the market shares/profits and encourage growth of a Team & Organization.• Responsible for all SLA’s to ensure contract compliance and perform as a key-sales-person and Point- of-Contact for assigned customers/Clients. • Responsible for Resource Management, Team Building, Feedback Tracking, Revenue Generating, Training & Development, effective Leave Management in order to achieve team targets that includes Daily, Weekly and Monthly with respect to submittals, interviews, placements & #GM $$.• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with internal recruiting teams and external customers daily through a high volume of phone calls & e-mails correspondence.• Responsible to increase the Fill Ratios/ Hit Ratios as well as for headcount growth & maintenance across all the assigned accounts/ clients• Working with Internal Account Managers for knowing priority requirements with their respective accounts and help them with resource allocation to fill their client needs. Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews and resource development plan.• Manage and mentor recruiting staff, refine recruiting process, maintain pipeline reports
