I have developed training material as a part of the Product Development team in topics like Managing Remote Teams, Multicultural communication, and played a key role in structuring & launching a marketing campaign for a training package on Multicultural communication to improve potential client outreach.I am also a Certified Practitioner of Insights Discovery program and completed the Accreditation at Benesov, Czech Republic in August, 2011 and participated in annual conferences of the Develor network

I worked on the Knowledge management platform which improved trainer productivity for a global team of 100+ trainers. I collated & standardized the global training curriculum of the Develor network on an Oracle Knowledge Management system and enhanced the system through continuous design and maintenance of work spaces in order to make it more user-friendly.

I was a founding member at Procialize Events and worked in various capacities such as Business Development, Product Management, research, sales, project execution, process creation, recruitment and training, etc. as required for the success of the start-up.

As a part of a project to evaluate the Training & Developemnt program at the Akansksha Foundation, I interviewed and documented the experiences of seven employees (teachers) from diverse backgrounds at Akanksha. The study aimed at understanding how the program has molded these teachers to suit their new roles through its training and development program.
