• Handing end to end recruitment process for our key clients Directly handles the pre and post on boarding processes for one of the company’s key client (account) on a direct client and staff interface basis• Facilitates pre on boarding processes including:o Induction (offer letter signing and salary negotiation as per client approval)o Documentation (collection, follow up and file maintenance)o Visa application and transferso Account openingo Other joining formalities as per client requirement• Facilitates on boarding processes including:o Confirmation of service and probation extensiono Issuance of NOC, warning letters, pay slip, salary certificates and other letter requests as per UAE requisite and client approval o Releasing of staffs’ passport as per client approvalo Coordination with the Accounts department for leave requests, attendance sheets, salary changes and other such processes related with payroll• Facilitates post on boarding processes including:o Termination and resignation formalitieso Visa cancellation and transferso Issuance of experience letterso Releasing of final settlement and EOSB as per UAE requisite and client approval• Liaises directly with the PRO to ensure that proper reports and follow ups are given to the client• Maintains pre on boarding and post on boarding MIS with more than 500 staff records which is sent to the Client on a daily basis.• Works closely with a back end support officer in maintaining follow ups with the staffs• Provides regular TAT report to the HR Operations manager to ensure that each process is accomplished as per turnaround time (TAT)• Provides direct staff interface i.e. answering phone calls and emails from staffs for follow ups and queries• Attending client meetings with HOD to understand clients requirements • Interacts and reports directly to the client and performs client demands to ensure that good client relationship is maintained
