I am passionate about a word called "Interaction". According to me, Travel and hospitality industry is all about expanding horizons, exchanging ideas and experiences. One of the reasons I pursued my career in Aviation is because it compliments my passion for travel industry by allowing me to interact with cross-cultured people worldwide and learn from their experiences. My current role again connects to my passion because I am dealing people, Our Customers. It is all about assuring them that we listen, we understand what they have gone through and are making improvements because we value them and the business they provide us. Customer Relations is basically the last line of defence and with competition getting intense day by day in the airline business, each pax retained or regained is a big win and also a reason for us to smile. The curiosity in me to know more, makes sure that I am always learning something from whatever I do and come across, enhance it further and apply it in the relevant performance zone. The simple mantra is to not think on the surface but to delve in and gain more; and that is what I have been aiming at constantly. Because, growth has been, it is and will always a part of my experience.
