I get to collaborate with candidates from various industries in their job search; essentially, I reach out to them via numerous channels if I have a position that I think they might be interested in and if they’re I try to get to know their new position expectations and I let them know what company I am representing and what the job entails. Subsequently, I work with our onshore team to get my candidates’ applications submitted and work on getting them interviews and offers.
