 What significant is my fullest contribution for enhancement of the company from a product sales company to a reliable engineering solutions provider. Having completed more than 5000 challenging installations ranging from water supply sites, to sewage disposal plants to power supply and energy conservation projects, I have earned the reputation as one of the specialized in country of India. During these 28 years, we completed various water supply and drainage projects involving supply, installation, testing commissioning, operation and maintenance of various types of Pumps, D.G. Sets, Air Conditioning equipment and Gas Compressors and their allied electrical & mechanical accessories.  Efficient Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd – INDIA (The company) started as a distributor of USD 500 Million Kirloskar Group, India’s engineering conglomerate for over 125 years. Backed by the technical prowess of this engineering giant and a vast range of products we grew from strength to strength. I used to win tenders based on extra ordinary skill of Data Analysis, Purchase and Procurement, based on which I used to offer low cost for the best quality and efficient products to the end customers. During the emergency or disaster condition faced by my state and country in India, I took correct and quick decisions at the critical times, having restored many water supply and power supply during the climatic disasters like earthquakes, cyclones, floods, water scarcity etc. I have completed time bound jobs in record minimum hours / days in past during while my state faced critical climatic disasters.  Experience in manufacturing field (1998 to 2013) EEIPL had two units to manufacture Power-Driven Pump Sets. I was actively involved in both manufacturing for plants hearing day to day reporting from the concerned Managers, to maintain demand – supply ratio and to adhere the delivery schedule as may be confirmed with the end customers. I used to visit both plants biweekly.
