- Preparation of business plan and its execution for Farmer producers company through different marketing activities viz. crop campaigning, crop demonstrations, trainings, market linkage & exposure visits.-The responsibility involves coordination of field visits to the project area for TDF & WDF projects and interaction with NABARDs officials in the project districts. -Responsibility to oversee the integration and consolidation of the reports of the field monitors and ensure quality documentation.-Responsibility to take up comprehensive quality monitoring of each wadi under the tribal development project to evaluate the field level implementation of wadis/ orchards as well as their impact on the livelihood of the tribal farmers/beneficiaries. -To conduct demonstration on improved agriculture practices, Farmers field schools, Exposure visits and trainings on POP of major crops.-Regular field visit to participant farmers at various crop growth stages and give proper guidance to them regarding pest and diseases control, nutrient and water management as per crop growth stage.-Also looking after implementation and monitoring of BRLF (Bharat Rural Livelihood Foundation) project. The main purpose of this project is to improve social and financial status of BPL families through different family level intervention which includes generation of employment to unemployed youth by providing them soft skill trainings, financial support for employment generation, Quality seed and fertilizer support to farmers on Lupin Foundations grant, WSHG credit linkage and various livelihood developmental activities.-To identify and credit support to marginal farmers for implementation of advance agriculture practices such as drip irrigation, sprinkler and mechanization of agriculture.

-To conduct farmer meetings for generating maximum business inquires of drip irrigation.Irrigation & fertigation scheduling as per crop stage and nutrient deficiency symptoms.-To give technical knowledge as per crop to the client farmers.-Regular field visits to client farmers to verify optimal use of drip system.-Planning and execution of various marketing activities & regular follow up of generated inquiries to convert it into the business.-To deal with corporate clients, SSKs & Bank Officials for business opportunities.-Training to dealer and dealer staff regarding drip irrigation and package of practices of various crops.-Sales support and material forecasting.-Dealership development activities like to motivate - - Dealer & training to salesman & Technician.-Working basically Rural & Semi urban area in farmers Society.-Experience in preparing and analyzing reporting data for management accurately and to timescales.
