Research & Architecture Design, Integration, Development and Testing

I am working here as a Team Lead of a team of 4, responsible for end-to-end development of Desktop applications(about 20 of them) , for the telecom domain. Its a pure and hard Core-Java development , using the API's we first created as per the requirements.The API development was the real learning and implementation part( about 5 months) and the rest(applications) just followed easily along the way as various clients that used this API.
