I'm a business coach with a marked enthusiasm towards entrepreneurship. Having said that, what defines me best is my passion towards human behaviours. I integrate business & management sciences with human behaviour and help steer clients towards their desired objectives. My modus operandi is facilitative since I consider large part of my job to be asking the right questions. In my 17+ years of formal career till date, I have facilitated, coached and consulted thousands of clients of various sizes and diverse sectors ranging from IT Services, Real Estate to Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, Automation et al. Behavioural Trainings, Business Coaching, Business Diagnosis, Life Coaching, Keynote Addresses & Speeches, Content Strategy, are some of the services I have delivered measurable impact in, for my clients.I'm also a lawyer by education & profession. I have been spearheading Heda & Associates in Pune, India since 2020. It is through this law firm that we help our clients make informed legal decisions and have been successful in establishing ourselves as a trusted legal advisory. My biggest achievement here has been to have driven this firm through challenging times of the pandemic and in a very short time, growing to a team of six highly talented lawyers and professionals and three offices within Pune.It is since 2010 that I have ventured on my own into entrepreneurship. In essence, I am pretty much a serial entrepreneur as I have experimented in many fields and have had many business initiatives, some of which may not have seen a very successful tenure, but have enriched my learnings nevertheless. Talking of learnings, this is something I have always been very active in. Some of my learning initiatives can be seen in the educational profile, but the life changing ones have been my Master Practitioner Certification in NLP, Advanced Life Coach Certification and Executive Education Programme in Business Strategy from IIM Bangalore. What I bring to table is my innate understanding of business psychology, human behaviours, analytical skills and most of all, my ability to blend reason into intuition. I always approach every assignment I undertake with a fresh, rookie-like approach and never walk into assignments with a baggage of tried and tested methods. From whatever my clients have spoken of me, what stands out the most is that they find my energy infectious, and they find it difficult to miss my zeal and elan. Integrity is something that I value the most, and to do what is good for my clients is my only maxim.
