I am currently a Partner at ClearView, focused on helping life science leaders shape and implement their growth agenda. I've had the privilege of building and expanding companies from the ground-up - from 15 years as a partner in prestigious consulting firms, to leading 250+ projects at 100+ clients across emerging and established biotechs, academic institutions, health tech and venture/PE investor-focused organizations. My background brings a blend of divergent thinking and flawless execution expertise gained from working with top senior executives in these sectors, but also from running boutique companies and helping early stage ventures get to market. I also recently joined the advisory board of symbiotix health, a UK based startup focused on monetizing global health data. Examples of my expertise include: M&A / corporate development, strategic planning, portfolio strategy, new product planning / commercialization, launch, capability building and customer engagement. My work cuts across the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch LCM strategy. Prior to joining ClearView, I was a Partner with the Health Industries Practice at PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co) for 5 years – focused on building and scaling the commercial strategy business. I have also held leadership positions at the Monitor Group, and was a partner at Acquis - a thriving boutique consulting and incubator firm. My entrepreneurial experience combined with an early career in operations inspires me to help leaders go a step further than traditional strategists - with relentless discipline on delivering growth objectives.
