The Delivery Partner is the executive responsible for ensuring all programs, projects and services sold are delivered as committed, on time, on budget while ensuring high internal and field employee satisfaction. This person is the most senior business interface between the delivery organization and the field team. This position is assigned a specific group of customer accounts and as such is also responsible for supporting the intake and project estimation process for those clients. It is the single point of contact for any delivery concerns and is expected to understand and be able to articulate solutions. This role ensures regular and consistent communication occurs internally and externally and works very closely with Technical Managers and Functional leaders to create the ideal team to deliver the client portfolio and to drive continuous improvement, employee development and a unique corporate culture.
