She is the executive director and founder of the Tbilisi-based Center for Development and Democracy (CDD), founder and Chairperson of Sector 3 – Hub for Development and founder and board member of a socially-oriented NGO “YouCreator”. Ketevan is Steering Committee Member of the World Movement for Democracy. Additionally, she is a non-resident Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), affiliated with the Democracy Resilience Program, contributing her expertise to global initiatives promoting democratic governance and civic engagement. Her commitment to fostering democratization and civic activism has positioned her as a driving force in Georgia's civil society landscape.Throughout her nineteen-year career, Ketevan has held pivotal management positions at both local and international NGOs. Notably, she served as the Director of the Information Center on NATO and EU from 2016 to 2017.
