CIS serves as an advocate for property owners/operators/investors by accurately identifying risk exposures while ensuring insurance expenditures are as low as possible.As the Director of Hospitality for CIS, my responsibilities include guidance of our hospitality practice and ensuring we excel in growth, customer service, knowledge, and efficiencies.I also serve as the Hospitality Practice Leader for Acrisure, the parent company of CIS. In this role, my responsibilities include assisting Acrisure's 250+ agencies across the US in their efforts to win Hospitality accounts.

TIV Operations Group is a financial consulting firm, helping luxury hotel owners and management companies improve profitability across several departments through revenue management consulting services. Responsibilities included managing TIV's entire business development efforts including negotiating regional and global contracts with hotel owners and management companies, creating new revenue management consulting offerings and rolling them out worldwide, managing a team of veteran sales reps, designing marketing campaigns and website/mobile presence, and forging strategic alliances with partners and vendors. During my time at TIV, I consulted with more than 300 hotels across 50 countries, adding $30 million+ in new profit for clients.
