Having worked for a couple of startups spanning across few years at the beginning of my career, I have a strong insight on the challenges and opportunities that a startup & mid-sized companies comes across. Hence, HR Kapital was founded with an objective of guiding Startups, Small & Mid Market companies for HR strategies as an extended arm providing End to End Human Resource Solutions to them. My passion is all about helping people, teams and organizations figure out where they are, where they want to be, and then helping them get there.My love for start-ups resulted in my second partnership venture – Mint Lifespaces, a real estate consulting firm. I also conduct workshops and coaching sessions for individuals, students and professionals on Soft Skills, Managerial & Leadership Skills and Emotional Intelligence. I am involved in delivering seminars and guest lectures in colleges, encouraging Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. I am also working on Kidney Disease and Organ Donation awareness program. My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a lifelong learner.
