CurrentDrafting: Drafting contracts, Statement of Work, sub-contracts, Standalone for: resource hiring & planning; managed solutions; products and processe acquisition covering entire life cycle of capabilities that are required for the number one automobile company in North America. Contracts for Software License Agreements and SaaS products for software utilities & applications; Proof of Concept("POC") and AI contracts; Advertising; Logistics and Special marketing events (Oscar Awards, Celebrity, Influencers, Special Talent Contracts for promotional events,); and other contracts required for enterprise-wide in-house capabilities. Negotiation: Part of the role includes moderating and negotiating meetings between Business Units & Supplier, Third-Party Contractors & Sub-contractors to hash out contract specifics. Created iterations of documents and formulated plans to execute the contract as per the SLA requirements. Follow-ups with all interested parties, calibrating and revising drafts based of new requirements, changed scope and or budgets.Documentation: Follows stringent process of documenting every stage and outcome of contract to be reviewed by various stakeholders and creating a very detail audit trail for internal and external audit teams. Proficiency in using SAP Ariba to record this trail of documents and their versions. Leadership – Mentored junior team members and new members in contract formulation process; supervised drafting of unique & special contracts relating to POC, RFP where templates were tailored in absence of a Master Agreement; prepared workflow charts; templates; negotiating bullet points for POC’s and Principal Terms and Conditions (“POTC”) deals for the entire team to follow. I communicate across various departments that provide visibility at enterprise level with knowledge of the mission and philosophy the leadership team has set for the team. Followed Kaizen philosophy to design and develop each deal assigned to me to ensure SLAs are met.
