First of all, I’d like to say that I’m a mother of two beautiful children: a boy and a girl.I can say that it is not an easy task to be a successful mother and a successful professional at the same time. But I can add to my biography the fact that I love challenges and try to excel at both is a big one!I started my career the same year that I became a mother for the first time, so you can imagine how I can multitask.I’m a Chemical Engineer that is passionate for research, but I can’t resist to the daily excitement of working in a manufacturing industry. And I’ve always tried to bring the two together and make my career as much enjoyable as possible. That’s when I started working in the Quality Department and had the opportunity to get to know about Industry 4.0, where we are focused on delivering all the necessary tools to production to ensure customer satisfaction, in terms of good quality.In the actual scenario, adding Process Improvement into the Quality department is almost imperative. Quality cannot be that of pointing out what is wrong or right. Since we do not add any value to the company. However, creating tools and improving processes, we can be the bridge between Project, Production and Customer. Adding to the Quality department essential tasks like Automation, Material replacement, Floor Plan layout based on Lean Manufacturing has been my passion for the last few years. Managing a team and leading it through this kind of mindset shift is also not an easy task, so good team building and management skills are also complementary to the plan.In general, I believe that being Positive is the first step in anything!
