Responsible for identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional materials, and organizing learning activities related to leadership skills using various training methods - including e-learning and coaching – in and out of the classroom. Develops and facilitates both web-based and classroom (virtual and in-person) training as well as job aids, reference guides, and other performance improvement tools Works with functional leaders and Talent Development team to create training plans, develop training modules, coordinate, and administer training for all levels Manages multiple stakeholders to establish clear objectives outlining behavioral and/or performance expectations, Identifies and drives continuous improvement through metric analysis and improvement Provides leadership to execute the organization’s people strategy; implements learning projects and activities

• Strategizes, leads, and implements different programs in Global Learning and HR.• Develops leadership programs to enhance the leader capabilities of existing managers and supervisors – including Performance Management, Perception Management, Coaching, and Team Leadership in APJ Delivery Centers.• Serves as Global Training Lead, managing 20 trainers across 8 global sites (APJ, EMEA and LATAM)• Acts as Lead Learning Strategist supporting needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, evaluation, reporting, continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.• Develops materials for instructor-led training and web-based trainings using different tools and learning technologies to ensure learning transfer.• Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.• Supports achievement of financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.

• Certified trainer for 2 contracts (1 technical and 1 billing and technical combined)• Cross-skilled as Communication Skills Trainer and Virtual Trainer• Delivered all new hire product training• Developed, refined and implemented training materials and programs• Monitored and reported the progress of the new hire until they go into production.• Maintained the progress data of each agent and does Training Needs Analysis of each agent so as to be able to help them up the learning curve in a shorter time.• Isolated specific skills that drive high customer satisfaction and trained, coached and developed those skills among entire team. • Worked closely with Program Manger to design and deliver additional product training or upgrade training as needed or directed by the client.• Consulted with clients and project leadership team to accurately assess training needs and ensures content delivery is consistent with needs.
