Responsible for identifying skills and knowledge gaps, developing instructional materials, and organizing learning activities related to leadership skills using various training methods - including e-learning and coaching – in and out of the classroom. Develops and facilitates both web-based and classroom (virtual and in-person) training as well as job.

• Strategizes, leads, and implements different programs in Global Learning and HR.
• Develops leadership programs to enhance the leader capabilities of existing managers and supervisors – including Performance Management, Perception Management, Coaching, and Team Leadership in APJ Delivery Centers.

• Develops materials for instructor-led training and web-based trainings using different tools and learning technologies to ensure learning transfer.
• Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.

• Certified trainer for 2 contracts (1 technical and 1 billing and technical combined)
• Cross-skilled as Communication Skills Trainer and Virtual Trainer
• Delivered all new hire product training
• Developed, refined and implemented training materials and programs
• Monitored and reported the progress of the new hire until they go into production.
• Maintained the progress data of each agent and does Training Needs Analysis of each agent so as to be able to help them up the learning curve in a shorter time.
