•Created, assessed, updated, and implemented a Strategic Enrollment Plan that is data informed, defines enrollment department objectives and ensures that they aligned with mission and vision of the Catholic Theological Union.•Analyzed data to shape and refine the Strategic Recruitment Plan, integrating historical data with forecast and trends; regularly assessing the effectiveness of department activities to be proactive in the responsiveness to market forces and institutional needs.•Designed, executed and assessed a comprehensive annual recruitment plan that includes outreach, strategic partnerships, and other appropriate initiatives.

•Assist is the management of student recruitment strategies in IL/IN/MI/OH/WI by developing and executing a territory management plan.•Responsible for identifying and following up with prospective students through the application process.•Works to generate new prospective student inquiries and applications through various channels: national open houses, on-campus presentations, graduate fairs, conferences, and pre-health advisor relationships.
