As a Business and Nonprofit Librarian at City of Greensboro, I provide data and resources to support local entrepreneurs and nonprofit managers. With over nine years of experience in library and information services, I have developed strong skills in research, organization, customer service, and technology. I also have a Master of Science in History from the University of Edinburgh, where I explored pop culture representation of the American Revolution.In addition to my library role, I work as a Researcher at an edtech startup that curates higher education open educational resources. I have refined the company's workflow, curated content for eleven business courses, and developed a controlled vocabulary for resource description and retrieval.
