United Schools Network (USN) is a nonprofit charter management organization which currently operates four schools in Central Ohio. USN was created to ensure that every child, regardless of their zip code of birth, has access to a high-quality, college-preparatory education. In other words, "For every child, an open door."

The Create Columbus Commission (CCC) is a board of young professionals (YP), appointed and funded by the Mayor and City Council President to serve as the community’s foremost thought leader on young professional interests, experiences, and priorities. Through strategic community building efforts and a targeted YP grants program, the CCC strives to make Columbus the nation’s number one place for YPs to live, work, and play.The CCC was established in 2007 by Mayor Michael B. Coleman, former Columbus City Council President Michael C. Mentel, and former Columbus Chamber of Commerce CEO Ty Marsh. Today CCC is funded through the City of Columbus and is accountable to its stakeholders, Mayor Michael B. Coleman and City Council President Andrew Ginther.

Responsible for creating and executing communication strategies that support Technology Platform Medical and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Ohio Treasurer and US Senate CampaignsResponsible for creating and maintaining relationships with voters, allies, and elected officials throughout the state to bolster support for state and federal candidates; raise funds from state and federal PACs (Political Action Committees) for campaigns and candidates; organizing visibility events on behalf of campaigns; monitoring endorsement processes throughout the state; and regularly made strategic political decisions on behalf of campaigns.Selected Accomplishments:Relationship management with constituencies across the state.Successfully organized statewide petition initiative for candidates to be included on the official ballot.Responsible for fulfilling the requirements for trade organization endorsements from around the state.

State Health Care Reform Initiative Committee; Governor's Council on Obesity; Living Cities Initiative Workgroup; State Health Care Quality Reform Initiative Committee; Real Time Claims and Adjudication Committee; policy research. Managed the State of Ohio Data Breach Call Center; Worked with carriers across the state to provide coverage options to individuals.Selected Accomplishments:Coordinated Ohio's first Statewide Healthcare Quality and Improvement Initiative Conference.Co-authored the State Coverage Initiative Report for Governor Strickland.Established contacts at various insurance institutions across the stateFacilitated benefit design focus groups in underinsured areas of Ohio.

Served as a liaison for the office of Council Member Mary Jo Hudson; worked with city departments and officials to solve resident issues; reviewed all legislation; attended city council meetings; represented Council Member Hudson at community meetings and events; coordinated public hearings; coordinated Economic Development Committee meetings; created and facilitated partnerships to solve issues on controversial legislation; responsible for all activity related to the 315 Research + Technology Corridor.
