Director of Campaign Strategy for the 2020 CensusLeading the development and execution of the strategy for the 2020 Census Integrated Communications Campaign from start to finish. This includes managing/coordinating a multi-cultural, multi-agency team of strategists, project managers, client services, creatives, public relations, partnership specialists, and others to create a campaign that will resonate with everyone who resides within the United States. The campaign must educate, motivate and inspire people to participate in the 2020 Census.

Co-founder of Langdon Wood: Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. My husband Art Drauglis is the genius behind the idea, my role focuses on marketing and PR support - and official taste tester. I also get to do exciting things like help move boxes of syrup around.

Leading Spectrum's digital practice and overseeing our "Specialty Services" team of planners, strategists and creatives. I led agency marketing efforts including the re-branding and redesign of our GLOBALHealthPR network website (www.globalhealthpr.com) and the Spectrum website.

I merged the two different strategic teams into the Insights & Innovation team at RTC, a full service engagement agency in Washington, DC that is part of the WPP network. I&I is an integrated strategic planning team providing both actionable insights and insightful action that merges the best of Customer Insights, Digital Strategy, and Innovation Theory to create a whole new way to approach client marketing, communication, and digital needs.

As of October 2010 the Interactive Strategy team became the "Digital Integration & Innovations" (Dii) team. With the new name comes a refined and expanded mission. The team was responsible for overseeing the integration of digital into RTCRM's programs and campaigns. The team focused on developing and applying digital behavior insights, information eco-systems, and tactical planning to ensure that all the pieces that drive digital behavior fit together seamlessly. The new Dii team acted as a voice of innovation for the agency providing leadership around new technology and new ways to use existing technology.

Designed and managed websites, facilitated between IT and Marketing, assisted in developing marketing/web-marketing strategies for Allied Capital and select portfolio companies.

Owner operator of the first technical theatre job website in the Metro DC area.

Worked on the second stage and free outdoor theatre. Productions included Therese Raquin directed by Michael Greif, The Waiting Room, and As You Like It.
