Managing all aspects in the day to day running of the factory including: staffing levels; forward planning; cost control; assisting with production planning, and ensuring adherence to production KPIs. Overall responsibility for all factory operations during dedicated shifts. 6 direct reports, with a shift of around 130 members of staff and reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. As a key part of the site senior management team, gained an understanding of all aspects of the business including financial P&L

Working with the customer with regard to product quality and specification. Plan & implement ways of improving the performance of the department in respect of quality of the product & waste reduction.

Trainee Manager – Planning & DespatchDealing with orders from other sites, managing and administering costings, production of purchase orders. Dealing with the transport and drivers schedule for all products leaving site. Involvement in the implementation of the new Hellenic order management system on site.Trainee Manager - ProductionOverseeing four different departments and being responsible for their production.
