The Product Integration Lead role was the point role for ensuring successful introduction of new products, tools and processes into a 70-person, 6-site national customer-facing technical workforce for the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) product. Responsibilities included:- identify workforce requirements;- review/test proposed technical capability;- review proposed end-to-end processes;- develop workforce-specific work instructions;- review proposed training materials;- deliver on-site training to impacted workgroups nationally; and- represent higher-level organisation (National Overlay Networks) in the development and implementation of a new end-to-end service activation and customer fault management application for use across all Special Services products.

This role led a team of six people in resolving customer-reported problems with their Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) services. The role's duties included rostering of staff, coaching of staff, and identifying and addressing any capability gaps in our delivery of best-possible service to customers.
