I generated a report identifying a <£10k improvement for >£150k efficiency savings and the design of a best practice radiological change facility.Change management in the factory was a key challenge in this role whilst learning the requirements, regulations and work culture in workshops with radioactive components.

Tutored Maths and Physics AS-A2, more specifically for exam preparation and revision.One tutee, who made me particularly proud, was a drama student and attained the best mark at school in Physics A2 whilst achieving the only A in her year, gaining first choice to university and being awarded the science prize at her school.

Received very positive feedback leading a new production line and managing various first build issues; late design changes from the client and adapting manufacture to fit with restrictions encountered; working with and leading a small team comprising of different skill sets; and re-coordinating the production line as necessary to keep maximum efficiency whilst consistently getting the products ready for delivery to the assigned standards within constantly changing deadlines - left and right!

Designed the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for the operator in new nuclear facilities (EPR) to interact with installation and operational alarms for wireless padlocks. I also undertook a week long nuclear operator training course in Flamanville. Work and training mostly conducted in French.
