From planning and team leadership to risk management and stakeholder communication, the Planning Engineer is responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining quality standards, and keeping all parties aligned with the project's goals. Here my main role is to provide the assistance to Site execution team, provide proper resources, identify and mitigate risks, and handle unforeseen challenges directly influences the overall success and outcome of the project. The Investment Risk Monitoring Department plays a crucial role in safeguarding the financial health of assets by proactively identifying, measuring, and managing investment risks. It ensures that investment strategies remain within acceptable risk parameters, contributing to informed decision-making and long-term financial stability. To safeguard the real estate investment, Technical Due diligence report & Monthly monitoring report has been prepared along with the Valuation report which mainly consists of following parameters: - Buildability Check- Budget, Schedule Preparation- Approval Review - Cashflow preparation- Valuation report- Risk Identification & Mitigation - Monthly/ Weekly Bill Review - Time-Cost-Quality-Sales: Tracking & Monitoring on a monthly basis

As a part of major project an attempt has been made for numerical simulation taking into account the interaction between the structure and shock wave for dynamic response of a multi-storey 3D Reinforced Concrete (RC) frame due to above-ground explosion. To evaluate the dynamic response parameter the different types of Time-History is taken into consideration with available literature. The objective of the major project is to study the structural effect of above-ground explosion using SAP-2000 software, especially focusing on failure mechanism as well as the significance of the ground vibration in the entire process. All the processes from the detonation of the explosion charge to the complete demolition, including the propagation of the blast wave, its interaction with the structure and structural response are reproduced. A charge-weight of 100 kg TNT equivalent at above the ground surface and at stand-off distance of 20 m from the front face of the structure is considered. The inter-storey drift, Ductility Ratio of element and maximum displacement of the storey are found for different types of Blast Pressure wave available in literatures and further it the damage is also compared with Earthquake load.

As a part of practical training in undergraduate degree Green Plam site was selected. I was appointed as a site engineer from client side also done learnt about the software in consultancy firm: Sai Consultant who are the architectural and structural consultant of the Green Palm.Main learning output of Professional Traning is given below:• Conducted on site investigations and analyzed data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)• Carried out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.•Estimation of quantity for the Commercials and Residential projects.• Interacted effectively with site engineering team and field staff to coordinate work that complied with and design and construction documents.• Handled all quality control checks for green palm.• Verified Construction documentation conformed to quality assurance and client requirements.• Identified major issues that could arise and provided solutions for these problems and Draft new and updated designs using Etabs.
