Utilized SOLIDWORKS for design of assemblies, parts and generation of 2D drawings.Prepare technical drawing with the use of GD&T from 3D model.Create the 3D model of every components as per the sequence of manufacturing processes with the help of configuration by checking the feasibility of machining.To make calculation for selection of Power Pack accessories like motor, pump, heat exchanger, filters etc. To finalize power pack by arrangements of all accessories and forward the same.To design the cylinders by satisfying the application through calculation, feasibility of materials, etc.Selection of Pneumatic systems as per the application.Prepare the BOM of bought out as well as process parts of the project in ERP. Work on ERP system for maintaining smooth process flow of projectCollaborate with Electrical team and Purchase team to handle bought out items.Collaborated with Assembly team for smooth flow of assembly and troubleshoot the problems arriving during assembly, give required solution to complete the project on time.
