Utilized different versions of QuickBooks to re-organize chart of accounts, add class structure, and create reports relevant to their businesses. Developed class P/L reports o determine profitablilty of a particular event or business category. Implemented budgets and tracking systems to stay on budget. Prepared books for annual audits.Customers include Gloucester Maritime Museum, Gloucester Sawyer Free Library, Stephen Holt Architects, Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, a skin care company, a construction company, and other non-profits and corporations.

Developed sales seminar for technical outerwear, sportswear for retail staff. Focused on selling benefits not technical aspects... "what it does, not what it is." Simplifed the process of selling to make it easier for staff to sell technical, high-end clothing, even if the price point is unrelateable for the salesperson. Made selling fun!Clients included resort retailers, a national outdoor chain, independent / specialty retailers, and catalog customer service agents.

First female sales rep in an established, all-male sporting goods sales agency. Sold Vuarnet sunglasses, Champion batting gloves, luanched Hi-Tec hiking boots, introduced Altas weight-lifting belts & accessories, Crazy Shirts and other sporting goods, outdoor and resort related products. Indpendent sales rep for Roffe, Demetre, Smiley Hats, Bombshell ski and snowboard clothing. Worked with resorts on team and uniform business.Expanded into outdoor industry.
