I have served in the U.S. Army as a medic from 2002 to 2015. Gained valuable skills while working in a high tempo, austere environment such as leadership, ability to multi-task, work under pressure and effectively communicate. During this time served as a leader managing multiple clinics in a hospital setting, managing budgets, schedules, and supplies. Began working for USAA as an insurance sales agent and customer service starting 2015 to 2018. Progressed to doing sales for property and casualty insurance and setting up banking products for new members. Then worked for new members department of USAA introducing potential new members to the company and finding solutions that meet the members needs by communicating and getting to know their needs and presenting banking and insurance solutions. Currently with Pinellas Regional 911 as a law call taker.
