As an Associate at NorthPoint, I was working to support a team of loan originators by working to collect relevant property information to underwrite deals per Life Insurance Company guidelines, or otherrelevant lender depending on the nature of the deal. I would regularly create a complete loan package for each deal including full executive summary, underwriting, supportingdocuments, aerial photos and demographic reports. I would also routinely interface with a wide range of lenders regularly to ensure prompt delivery of executable documents, coordinate and review all third party reports on behalf of clients to ensure best pricing as well as tackling adverse scenarios. I would help clients negotiate all elements of the loan process on behalf of clients such as applications, commitment letters,loan documents, good faith deposits, fees and other items as well as regularly engage in market research to stay informed of all changes in relevant lending.

My main function at ASC was to underwrite nearly all potential commercial loans to FNMA and other lending standards, per the needs of each deal. I also performed weekly market analysis for both purchases and leases relevant to current deal flow, to keep our origination staff abreast of trends and to better understand the market for each transaction we worked on. I regularly worked with clients to understand and properly complete all necessary loan documents and simultaneously interfaced with lenders regularly to ensure prompt delivery of executable documents. I was responsible for coordinating with all third parties for timely delivery of all necessary reports and made sure to attend closings to ensure all paperwork is accurately signed and recorded.

My main role at ModCloth was to help develop a continual replenishment program for high performing products. This included working with the Planning Department to build strong understanding of ModCloth’s Open-to-Buy as well as interfacing with Marketing to properly promote products based on sales, seasonality as well as company and marketing goals. I was able to develop a strong understanding of customer wants and needs which allowed me to select and buy products to match customer wants as well as ModCloth’s desired product mix. I spent a lot of time working with vendors to negotiate best possible pricing and to ensure high quality for all garments and that all orders were placed on time and all product information was properly stated on each order as well as tracking all orders to ensure that product was on time and taking appropriate actions for late goods.
